Refund Policy
Refund Request & Processing Fee
(1) All refund requests must be submitted by (Email : cycle@taitra.org.tw).
(2) Refund requests should be made prior to the event start date (March 6, 2024). No refund requests will be accepted once the event has commenced.
(3) A refund processing fee of 10% of your ticket purchase amount will be applied.
(4) The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method after deducting the processing fee.
(5) Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
(6) In the event of cancellation or date changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund with no refund processing fee.
Please note that the organizer reserves the right to adjust the refund policy as necessary, and it is recommended to carefully review the policy before making a purchase.
